To date, we have assisted hundreds of thousands of travelers navigate stressful travel disruptions. ​We are currently expanding our network and looking for Freelance Passenger Support / Flyer Distributors (m/f/d) on an on-call basis at LaGuardia Airport (LGA). ​This is a non-sales role focused purely on information sharing, passenger support, and professional representation. ​📋 Your Role & Responsibilities: ​When a significant flight disruption occurs (e.g., delays exceeding 3 hours), our operations team will contact you with all the details. ​Respond on Short Notice: Travel to the Alicante Airport arrivals area when notified. ​Inform Passengers: Distribute informational flyers to passengers of the affected flight and explain how FlightHelp can assist them. ​Be a Reassuring Presence: Communicate with passengers in a friendly, calm, and professional manner. (Note: No airport security clearance is required for this role). ​💼 What We Offer ​High Flexibility: A completely flexible schedule based on flight disruption events.
