Job Title: Compounder | $19-20+ HR1st Shift | Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM–5:30 PM | Occasional Fridays as NeededJob SummaryJoin a clean, temperature-controlled manufacturing environment producing spray tan and skincare products. This role is responsible for weighing ingredients, mixing batches, operating pumps and material handling equipment, and following batch tickets to ensure quality and accuracy.Responsibilities<ul><li>Weigh and verify raw materials according to batch sheets and recipes.</li><li>Mix and compound liquid and powder products following established procedures.</li><li>Operate pumps and transfer materials between tanks, drums, totes, and pails.</li><li>Monitor batch processes, including mixing, heating, and cooling.</li><li>Collect samples for quality control testing.</li><li>Complete batch records and production documentation accurately.</li><li>Clean and inspect tanks and equipment before use.</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.</li><li>Follow SOPs, GMP guidelines, and all safety requirements.</li><li>Assist with unloading materials and moving drums using appropriate equipment.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>1+ year of compounding, batch mixing, or related manufacturing experience.</li><li>Experience following recipes, formulas, or batch tickets.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy.</li><li>Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and perform frequent physical activity.</li><li>Comfortable working with large tanks and industrial mixing equipment.</li><li>Ability to follow written procedures and GMP standards.</li><li>Forklift/tow motor experience is a plus.</li></ul>Why Join Us?<ul><li>Clean, temperature-controlled facility</li><li>Stable company with long-term growth opportunities</li><li>Tiered pay progression based on skills and training</li><li>Strong benefits package upon hire</li><li>Supportive team environment and employee appreciation programs</li></ul>Work Environment<ul><li>Small, experienced compounding team</li><li>Light cosmetic/tanning product odor</li><li>Work with tanks, pumps, drums, totes, and mixing equipment</li><li>Occasional ladder climbing and material handling required</li><li>Fast-paced manufacturing environment with opportunities for advancement</li></ul>Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Macedonia, OH.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
