In this role, you will serve as a crucial link between our human resources department and the rest of our organization, ensuring a smooth and efficient flow of information and processes. As the Office Coordinator, you will also be responsible for managing daily office operations and providing administrative support. We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of HR policies and procedures, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively. Serve as a liaison between the human resources department and other departments within the organization. Ensure timely and accurate communication of HR policies and procedures to employees. Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including new hire orientation and exit interviews. Process and maintain employee records and confidential information. Schedule and coordinate meetings and interviews for the HR department. Support the recruitment and hiring process by posting job ads, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews. Maintain and update HR databases and spreadsheets. Collaborate with managers and employees to address HR-related inquiries and issues. Conduct research on HR best practices and assist with the development and implementation of new policies and procedures. Manage daily office operations, including ordering supplies, managing mail, and organizing office events. Provide administrative support to executives and other team members, including scheduling appointments, taking meeting minutes, and preparing presentations. Proactively identify areas for improvement in HR processes and office operations and implement solutions. Maintain a positive and professional work environment by promoting open communication and resolving conflicts. Adhere to all company and legal policies and procedures related to HR and office operations.
