Position Overview

The Oracle Cloud Fusion Financials & SCM Developer will design, build, and enhance solutions across Oracle Fusion Financials and Supply Chain modules. The role requires strong technical expertise in Oracle Cloud (OTBI, BIP, HDL, FBDI, REST/SOAP APIs), deep understanding of Financials/SCM business processes, and handson experience delivering configurations, extensions, and integrations in enterprise environments.

 

Key Responsibilities

1. Solution Design & Development

•               Develop technical components across Oracle Fusion Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM) and SCM (PO, INV, OM, Procurement).

•               Build and maintain FBDI/HDL templates, BIP/OTBI reports, Fast Formulas, ADF/UI extensions, and Page Composer customizations.

•               Design and implement REST/SOAP API integrations, OIC flows, and custom orchestration logic.

•               Develop custom validations, approval workflows, and extensions using Oracle Visual Builder or PaaS components.

2. Integrations & Data Management

•               Build and support integrations between Fusion and external systems using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).

•               Manage data conversions, bulk loads, and migrations using FBDI, HDL, ADFdi.

•               Troubleshoot integration failures, performance issues, and data discrepancies.

3. Reporting & Analytics

•               Develop BIP, OTBI, Smart View, and Financial Reporting Studio outputs.

•               Create dashboards, KPIs, and analytical views for Finance and Supply Chain stakeholders.

4. Functional Collaboration

•               Work closely with Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, and IT teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

•               Participate in CRP, SIT, UAT, and production cutover activities.

•               Provide postproduction support, enhancements, and continuous improvements.

5. Governance & Best Practices

•               Ensure compliance with Oracle Cloud quarterly updates.

•               Maintain documentation: MD50/MD70, integration specs, test scripts, and deployment guides.

•               Follow secure coding, change management, and audit standards.

Professional Experience

•               5–10+ years in Oracle ERP development.

•               2–5+ years in Oracle Cloud Fusion (Financials + SCM).

•               Experience in at least one fullcycle Oracle Cloud implementation.

Education & Certifications

•               Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field.

•               Oracle Cloud certifications (Financials/SCM/OIC) preferred.
