Whether you're an experienced broker or have a strong sales background and want to transition into commercial real estate, we want to hear from you.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Prospect and develop new client relationships through networking, cold calling, referrals, and marketing.</li><li>Represent buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants in commercial real estate transactions.</li><li>Source on-market and off-market investment opportunities.</li><li>Conduct property valuations, market analyses, and financial underwriting.</li><li>Negotiate letters of intent, purchase agreements, and lease transactions.</li><li>Coordinate due diligence and manage transactions from listing through closing.</li><li>Build and maintain relationships with property owners, investors, developers, attorneys, lenders, and industry professionals.</li><li>Stay informed on local market trends, investment opportunities, and economic conditions.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Active real estate license (or willingness to obtain one).</li><li>Commercial real estate experience preferred but not required.</li><li>Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.</li><li>Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline.</li><li>Strong organizational and time management skills.</li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software.
