<p><strong>Account Executive</strong></p><p><strong>Join an Established and Growing Title Agency</strong></p><p>We are an established, full-service title agency serving Central Florida and are seeking an energetic, relationship-driven Account Executive to expand our presence in Eastern Polk and Western Osceola Counties. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional who enjoys networking, developing new business, and building lasting client relationships within the real estate industry.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Manage and grow an exclusive sales territory with well-established book of business while identifying new business opportunities.</li><li>Develop and grow relationships with real estate agents, lenders, builders, attorneys, and other referral partners to increase market share.</li><li>Plan and sponsor educational classes, networking events, and other programs for the real estate community.</li><li>Create and implement innovative marketing strategies using both traditional and digital platforms.</li><li>Build strong, long-term relationships with clients while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.</li><li>Collaborate closely with branch management and escrow officers to strengthen the company's presence within the local real estate community.</li><li>Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and community organizations.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Prior outside sales experience with a proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships.</li><li>Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to prospect, cold call, and consistently follow up with prospective clients.</li><li>Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills.</li><li>Flexibility to attend networking events, educational seminars, and occasional evening or weekend functions.</li><li>Experience using social media and digital marketing to support business development efforts.</li><li>Experience in the title, mortgage, or real estate industry is preferred but not required.</li></ul><p><strong>Compensation & Benefits</strong></p><p>This position offers a competitive base salary plus an uncapped commission program providing excellent earning potential for motivated sales professionals. </p><p>We also offer:</p><ul><li>Medical and dental insurance</li><li>Retirement plan</li><li>Paid vacation and sick leave</li><li>Ongoing professional development and networking opportunities</li><li>If you are passionate about building relationships, growing business, and becoming a trusted resource within the real estate community, we'd love to hear from you.</li></ul>
