REMOTE Slack Platform Admin

We are seeking a Slack Admin to support and mature an enterprise-wide Slack environment. This role will play a key part in expanding Slack capabilities across the organization, enhancing user experience, and ensuring a secure, scalable collaboration platform.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the administration, support, and optimization of Slack across a large enterprise environment
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex Slack issues across u , integrations, and system configurations
• Design, build, and deploy new Slack features, workflows, and integrations to improve collaboration and productivity
• Drive Slack enablement initiatives, including:
- Security posture enhancements (compliance, governance, access controls)
- Implementation and rollout of AI-driven capabilities within Slack
• Partner with cross-functional teams to roll out new Slack capabilities and drive adoption at scale
• Provide ongoing support and improvements for collaboration tools beyond Slack, including Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Webex, and/or enterprise voice/telephony services

This will be a fully remote position, working 30-40 hours/week.

Required Skills & Experience
- 4+ years of hands-on Slack experience in an enterprise environment
- Strong experience troubleshooting Slack platform issues, and Slack administration and configuration
- Experience building features and rolling out features in Slack
- Experience with Slack security, governance, and AI enablement
- Experience supporting and troubleshooting other unified communications platforms (Teams, Zoom, Webex, voice systems)
