This role focuses on building and managing a financial services operation under the Cozewith & Associates umbrella, including developing a client base, nurturing relationships, and delivering personalized financial guidance. Day-to-day responsibilities may include meeting with clients in virtually, assessing financial needs, presenting tailored solutions, and overseeing basic business operations. The role also involves collaborating with the broader Cozewith & Associates team, participating in training and development sessions, and implementing local marketing or networking efforts to grow the business. Individuals in this position are expected to balance entrepreneurial initiative with adherence to company standards and a strong commitment to client service.
